Rules for public provider listings on TARK.
These PROs Terms apply to coaches, academies, stringers, sellers, and other providers who create or manage public listings through TARK.
1. Relationship to the main Terms
These PROs Terms supplement the general TARK Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, these PROs Terms control for provider-listing use.
2. Provider responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, credentials, prices, availability, and contact information.
- You are responsible for your own licenses, certifications, insurance, taxes, and compliance obligations.
- You are solely responsible for the services you provide, the promises you make, and any relationship or dispute with a customer.
3. Independent provider status
TARK is not your employer, broker, franchise, or agent. A TARK listing does not create a partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and TARK.
4. Public listings and moderation
Provider listings are public-facing marketplace content. TARK may review, edit for formatting, reject, suspend, or remove listings at our discretion if they are incomplete, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, infringing, or inconsistent with the marketplace.
5. Customer contact
TARK may provide contact buttons, marketplace inquiries, or workspace-related requests, but TARK is not a party to the service agreement between a provider and a customer. Providers and customers are responsible for their own communications, bookings, pricing, refunds, and outcomes.
6. No guarantee of publication or demand
TARK does not guarantee that a provider listing will be approved, published, ranked prominently, receive customer inquiries, or generate business.
7. Beta / fees
If TARK allows listings during a beta period without a listing fee, that may change later. TARK may introduce, modify, or remove marketplace fees or listing features in the future with appropriate notice.
8. Contact
