How TARK handles copyright complaints.
TARK expects users, providers, and organizations to respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on TARK infringes your copyright, send us a written notice so we can review it.
What to include in a notice
- Your name and contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The URL, listing, post, image, or other specific content you want us to review.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

What TARK may do
After review, TARK may remove, disable, or limit access to reported content, request more information, notify the affected user, or take account action where appropriate.
Important note
This page describes TARK’s complaint intake process. Formal U.S. DMCA safe-harbor procedures may require additional external steps, including Copyright Office designated-agent registration.
