Our app helps players: — Create profiles with sports preferences, skill levels, and rankings (USTA, UTR, Pickleball) – Connect with other players in their area – Find and match with players of similar skill levels – Discover and share home courts – Organize games and matches — Track their playing activity and statistics The app is available on iOS and Android devices and uses location data (ZIP code only) to help players find nearby courts and connect with local players. We prioritize user privacy and provide full control over personal data, including the ability to download or delete all information at any time.

- Mobile Device Data.We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using our application(s), we may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, your mobile device’s operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, and information about the features of our application(s) you accessed.
- Push Notifications.We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.
- Biometric Authentication.After your initial sign-on is completed using OTP verification, the app offers the option to enable biometric authentication (such as fingerprint, Face ID, or other device-provided authentication methods) for subsequent logins. If you enable this feature, your device's biometric data is used locally on your device to authenticate you, bypassing the need for OTP on future app launches. We do not collect, store, or process your biometric data on our servers—authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system. You can disable biometric login at any time in your device settings or app settings, after which OTP verification will be required again.
Information automatically collected

2a. SMS / OTP MESSAGING
In Short: We send SMS one-time passwords (OTP) only for authentication and account security, only when you request them.What we send. Transactional OTP messages only (login/sign-up verification and account security). We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages as part of the OTP program.
What we process for OTP. Your phone number and limited metadata associated with authentication requests (e.g., timestamps, delivery status) to deliver codes, prevent abuse, and secure accounts.
Consent, frequency, and opt-out. By requesting an OTP in the app, you consent to receive an SMS containing that OTP. Message frequency depends on login attempts (typically one per request). Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out by replying STOP; opting out may prevent login. Reply HELP for assistance.

- When we use Google Maps Platform APIs.We may share your information with certain Google Maps Platform APIs (e.g., Google Maps API, Places API). We use certain Google Maps Platform APIs to retrieve certain information when you make location-specific requests. This includes: Current GPS location (latitude/longitude for ETA calculation); Destination address (court location user is traveling to); Route information (path taken, distance, estimated time); and other similar information. A full list of what we use information for can be found in this section and in the previous section titled "HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?" Google Maps uses GPS, Wi-Fi, and cell towers to estimate your location. GPS is accurate to about 20 meters, while Wi-Fi and cell towers help improve accuracy when GPS signals are weak, like indoors. This data helps Google Maps provide directions, but it is not always perfectly precise.
- Other Users.When you share personal information (for example, by posting comments, contributions, or other content to the Services) or otherwise interact with public areas of the Services, such personal information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly made available outside the Services in perpetuity. If you interact with other users of our Services and register for our Services through a social network (such as Facebook), your contacts on the social network will see your name, profile photo, and descriptions of your activity. Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of your activity, communicate with you within our Services, and view your profile.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.11.
