Guardian-managed athletes

TARK self-service accounts are for adults age 18 or older. Minor athlete profiles are managed by linked guardians or authorized organizations and do not receive direct messaging accounts.

Match suggestions

• Only authorized coaching staff can suggest a match.
• Both linked households must approve before optional first-name or photo fields are shared.
• Each guardian controls level, age-range, first-name, and photo sharing separately.
• A suggestion does not open direct contact between athletes or households. Logistics remain coach-managed.

Reporting

A guardian can report a match suggestion at the point it appears in TARK. Reports enter TARK's moderation queue with the suggestion context and are limited to prevent abuse. For urgent concerns, email support@playtark.com.

Review and action

TARK reviews reports for privacy, inappropriate content, harassment, impersonation, and safety concerns. Depending on the circumstances, TARK may dismiss the report, remove content, cancel a suggestion, restrict or suspend an account, preserve records needed for investigation, or contact the involved organization or appropriate authorities.

Advertising and payments

Third-party advertising is limited to BUZZ and is not shown on coach, family, athlete-progress, attendance, or match-suggestion surfaces. External checkout in Coach Studio is limited to real-world, in-person coaching services.
